Mobile PvP and Web PvP: Knight Online PvP in Browser and on Phone
In short: Mobile PvP or web PvP on ChromeKO means fighting other players in Knight Online from your phone or your browser. Both devices join the same server, and PvP happens in zones such as Ronark Land and Ardream, in Castle Siege and in nation wars.
Mobile PvP means fighting other players in Knight Online from your phone. Web PvP is the same fight from a browser on a computer. ChromeKO is a Knight Online PvP server you can enter from both, and both lead to the same world. To try it right away, try it now as a guest.
What do mobile PvP and web PvP mean?
PvP is player versus player: players fight each other, not only monsters. Mobile PvP is that fight played on a phone; web PvP is the same fight played in a browser tab. The rules are the same; only the device you open the game on changes.
For the basics of how PvP works, read the Knight Online PvP guide. This article focuses on the devices.
One server, two devices
ChromeKO runs on a single server. A phone player and a computer player meet in the same world. You pick Karus or El Morad, and fights between the two nations happen no matter which device you use.
The server's settings follow official USKO, where progress takes effort. For more on how that works, read USKO server and emek settings.
Where PvP happens
- Ronark Land and Ardream: zones where player fights take place. For zone details, see Ronark Land and Ardream.
- Castle Siege: clans fight for the Delos castle. Read the Castle Siege guide.
- Nation wars: the Lunar War pits Karus against El Morad. Read the nation war article to follow the results.
- Events: Border Defense War, Chaos, Juraid Mountain, Forgotten Temple, Bifrost, Under the Castle, Krowaz's Dominion, Manes' Survival and Pathos Battlegrounds. The events page has the current calendar.
Getting ready for PvP
If you are new to PvP, first know your nation. Karus or El Morad decides which side you stand on in nation wars. Next, walk through the zones where the fighting happens, so you learn which places are dangerous at your level. The map pages show zones and monster spawn areas. Finally, join a party. Fighting in a party is usually easier, and you learn fast from the people fighting next to you.
Phone PvP tips
- If you fight in a party and your connection drops, return within five minutes to be taken back into the party.
- A stable connection matters in fights. Wi-Fi or a good 4G or 5G signal is the safer choice.
- Short sessions suit a phone well. A quick battle or an event check takes minutes.
For how to set up the game on a phone, see the mobile KO article.
Castle, war and event schedule
Castle ownership, the state of nation wars and the kings are gathered on the war page; check it first when you plan a fight. Event times are set by the GMs and shown on the events page, so look there before you join a battle.
How PvP progress shows
Your PvP progress shows up in the rankings. Players are listed by National Point (NP), level and monthly NP on the ranking page, and clans have their own clan ranking. For a guide to choosing a PvP server, read Knight Online PvP server.
