What does Knight Online PvP server mean?

PvP stands for "Player versus Player." On these servers, combat is not limited to hunting monsters: Karus and El Morad players also fight each other. Choosing a PvP server means choosing the nations, castles and clan structure along with the fighting.

Where does PvP happen on this server?

  • Zones: Ronark Land and Ardream are zones where players meet each other. On Ronark Land, monster levels run from 44 to 175; on Ardream, from 37 to 145. Each zone's monster list is on the map page.
  • Battle events: Border Defense War (BDW), Chaos, Juraid Mountain, Forgotten Temple and Bifrost. Under the Castle, Krowaz's Dominion, Manes' Survival and Pathos Battlegrounds are also on the event list.
  • Castle siege: Castle Siege at Delos is the siege that clans fight for the Delos castle. The castle has an owner clan and a tax. For details, read the castle siege guide.
  • Nation war: Lunar War is the war between Karus and El Morad. Results and wins are listed on the war page.

The GMs set event times, and they appear on the events page. Check there before you join a fight.

Nations, castles and kings

Each nation's king is chosen by election. Karus is tied to Luferson Castle and El Morad to El Morad Castle. In a nation war, your side also decides which castle and king matter to you. The current state of castles and kings is shown on the war page; to see how the system works, read the king election guide. Before you pick a side, read Karus or El Morad.

Five steps to get ready

  1. Level and zone. Check the level range of the zone you plan to fight in on the map page. Entering a zone unprepared can leave you struggling with monsters before you even reach a rival.
  2. Gear. See the anvil rates on the upgrade page. Each upgrade costs 10,000 Noah, and a failed upgrade loses the item, the scroll and the Noah. Try the simulator first.
  3. Party. Party members share EXP. Every extra member within 100 m raises the item drop chance by 5%, up to 30%; Noah is not included in this bonus. Details are in the party guide.
  4. Clan. Clan capes and the clan ranking are on the clan page. For how to found or join a clan, read the clan guide.
  5. Event check. Before you go in, look at the events and war pages.

When should you start PvP?

Rather than rushing into a battle zone, it is healthier to progress first within your own level range. The leveling spots guide compares which zones suit which levels. Before you move into a battle zone, check your quests on the quest page and the zone's monsters on the map page.

Ranking: NP and clans

Players are listed on the ranking page by National Point (NP), level and monthly NP. Clans have their own clan ranking. To see how NP builds up, read our NP farming guide.

No. Registration and play are free. The PUS Store is optional; read the premium guide to see what it offers.

What level do I need for PvP?

It depends on the zone. The map page shows which monsters are at which levels, so check the range of the zone you plan to fight in.

Castle sieges are a clan affair, so look at your clan structure and prepare with your clan. Details are in the castle siege guide.
