Knight Online premium is a time-limited package sold through the PUS Store (Power Up Store) on ChromeKO. The short answer: you do not need premium to play. This guide explains the premium types and what each one gives, what Knight Cash (KC) is, and how you can progress for free. Want to see it first? Try it now as a guest, no sign-up.

What are the PUS Store and KC?

The PUS Store sells premium packages and some items. Products are bought with KC (Knight Cash). KC can only be bought with real money; there is no way to earn KC in the game. Current prices are on the store page. This guide does not list prices.

Knight Online premium types and what they give

A premium lasts 30 days. The table below shows what each type gives. The NP column is National Point, which you earn when you kill an enemy player.

Premium EXP bonus Noah bonus NP (per enemy kill) Other benefits
Bronze +20% none +2 Repair 50% off; EXP loss on death is halved
Gold +30% +30% +5 Repair 50% off; EXP loss on death is halved; gift of 1 Trina's Piece
Platinum levels 1-50: +100%, levels 51-83: +50% +100% +5 Repair 50% off; EXP loss on death is halved; gift of 1 Trina's Piece
DISC +30% +100% +12 More items drop (+10%); repair 50% off; at most 2.5% EXP loss on death
EXP levels 1-50: +100%, 51-60: +80%, 61-70: +60%, 71-83: +40% +100% +12 Repair 50% off; at most 1% EXP loss on death
WAR +50% +30% +15 Repair 50% off; at most 2.5% EXP loss on death

EXP bonuses listed by level range depend on your character's level. There is also a Switching package that covers DISC, EXP and WAR together; you choose which benefit to use in the store. Every premium also gives more Noah when you sell items to an NPC, and opens 8 market slots.

Premium rules

  • A premium starts the moment you buy it.
  • Buying the same premium again extends its time, up to 90 days ahead.
  • You can own several premiums, but only one works at a time. All of them count down together.
  • Choose which one is active under Premium → My Premiums in the store (press Use). After a change, wait 1 minute.
  • New accounts no longer receive free premium.

Progressing without premium

You can progress without buying anything:

  • Quests: One-time and repeatable quests from level 1 to 80 give EXP, Noah and items. The quest page lists them all.
  • Drops and Noah: The drop list shows which monster drops which item. For how the party bonus works, see the party guide.
  • Weekend bonus: On Saturday and Sunday, EXP is boosted by 25%.
  • Attendance: The game has attendance (daily login) rewards.
  • Rebuy: You can buy back items you sold to an NPC.

Genie time and the Genie Hammer

Genie is the game's automatic hunting feature. Genie time comes from the PUS Store or from the Genie Hammer, which the Noah Merchant sells in-game for Noah. So premium is not needed for Genie. For details, see the Genie guide.

When does it make sense?

Premium is not a requirement. If you have a specific need, such as the repair discount, less EXP loss on death, or Genie time, compare the types in the table and check current prices on the store page. Before buying, read the item description and think about whether free routes can cover the same need.

How to buy and activate a premium

The steps are short:

  1. Open the PUS Store page and choose the premium type you want.
  2. The moment you buy it, the premium starts and its time begins to count down.
  3. In the game, go to Premium → My Premiums and select the one you want active with Use.
  4. If you changed your choice, wait 1 minute; then the new premium takes effect.

If you own several premiums, only the one you selected works, but all of them count down together. So it helps to think about which type you will actually use before you buy.

How to read the table

EXP bonus is the first thing to notice, but it is not the only thing that matters. Bronze has no Noah bonus, while Gold and Platinum give a bonus on both. The NP column shows the reward for killing an enemy player; if you want to climb the ranking, look at that column. Repair discounts and reduced EXP loss on death can make a real difference for players who die or repair often.
